As with all blu-ray discs, please be sure your player has the latest up-to-date firmware available by the manufacturer. If your player is BD-Live enabled, the addition of an external SD card or USB memory device may be required by some players to load the full feature set.
To properly insert your external memory device:
For SONY
1. Ensure unit is powered off
2. Ensure that disc tray is empty
3. In the BACK of the unit, ensure that there is an external USB memory storage card inserted into the back of the unit.
4. When placing the card into the slot, a green light should flicker to show that the card has been recognized by the player.
a. If the light does not flicker, the card may have been entered backwards (possible on these players).
5. For play back of the disc, please ensure that there is at least 16 MB of free space on the card.
To fully enjoy the features of Lionsgate Live, like downloadable trailers, ringtones, and screensavers, etc, please ensure there is at least 128 MB of free space on the card.
For PANASONIC
1. Ensure unit is powered off
2. Ensure that disc tray is empty
3. In the front of the unit, ensure that there is an external SD memory storage card inserted into the front of the unit. NOTE: Please ensure SD memory card slot is used, the USB memory slot is not designed for disc playback. Please do not use the USB memory slot in the front panel, please use the SD memory slot.
4. For play-back of the disc, please ensure that there is at least 16 MB of free space on the card.
To fully enjoy the features of Lionsgate Live, like downloadable trailers, ringtones, and screensavers, etc, please ensure there is at least 128 MB of free space on the card.
For players that do not have BD Live capability that would require the necessary and on-going firmware upgrades, the following website is very helpful for a consumer to navigate and retrieve the latest firmware upgrade.
